Azini Capital increases stake in Portrait Software plc.
Azini Capital today announced that it had acquired a further shareholding in Portrait Software plc (Portrait) – a leading provider of Customer Interaction Optimization software – from fund managed by Advent Venture Partners.
Together with the shares acquired in March 2008 as part of Portrait’s Million Handshakes acquisition, this purchase increases Azini Capital’s holding in Portrait from 5.3% to 13.3%.
